About

About Trish

My approach is holistic, eclectic and deeply influenced by my training in somatic experiencing, self-acceptance training and other body-centered psychotherapy modalities. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for clients to heal, grow and transform. I encourage a kind and honest exploration of patterns that prevent living and thriving in the present moment. I assist clients in developing and trusting their intuition and connecting to their deepest joy and passion for life.

My Space

Inner Compass Counseling, LLC is located in the Northern Lights Office Building overlooking the beautiful Milwaukee River. My office space provides a safe, warm and private atmosphere to explore, heal and grow. It is located on a major bus route and visitor parking is free.

My Journey

My journey to body-centered psychotherapy and transpersonal psychology comes from my own healing journey and my passion for self-discovery and self-healing. It has been influenced by my deep connection to the body through dance, yoga and nature. My journey has been deeply Spiritual as well as psychological. I am passionate about justice and equality for all humans. I am deeply concerned about the health of our planet. I am grateful to the many teachers who have shared their wisdom and guidance with me.
