Welcome!

You might be seeking to explore the impact of trauma in your life or relationships. Perhaps you’re struggling in relationships with family, friends, or co-workers. Maybe you’re looking for healthier communication and connection with others. You may be seeking to calm an inner critic, to feel confident and decisive. You may wish to feel relaxed and happy with your life. You may be wanting to know yourself on a deeper level, inquiring about your purpose in life, or looking for your deepest joy and passion for life. Please read on to learn more about my approach to healing.

My Approach

I offer an eclectic blend of body-centered and holistic psychotherapy practices tailored to the individual needs of each client. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for clients to heal, grow and transform. I encourage a kind and honest exploration of patterns that prevent living and thriving in the present moment. I assist clients in developing and trusting their intuition and connecting to their deepest joy and passion for life.
