"Hibernation"- Looking Inward

As the cold winter wind blows outside, we are often tempted to hibernate indoors. This is a good time to look within and take care of ourselves. Where are you neglecting yourself? What self-care do you need to do? We'll sit by a roaring fire, drink hot cocoa (or hot drink of your choice) and reflect on the lessons we can learn from this season.

Dive Into Life Retreat

Take time to reflect on your life, where you’ve been and where you’re going but, more importantly, where you want your life to go. This retreat will focus on determining your values and deepest desires and creating a life of fulfillment that is in line with your values. You will learn to identify the roadblocks you put in your own way and you will learn how to overcome these limiting beliefs. Most importantly, you will learn how to grab life by the horns and really live a life you'll enjoy. The week will culminate with a party where you will celebrate your future self. You will also have plenty of time for relaxation, scuba diving or snorkeling, and quiet reflection.
